Snagging Services on Vila Verde
Expats Cape Verde works with a number of excellent service providers.
We work with Trevor Wilson at Boavista Property Services for his snagging service. Trevor has inspected over two hundred units in Vila Verde and he will be able to provide you with information about the service he offers and his honest opinion about the process of 'signing off' apartments/units.
Trevor also lives on the Vila Verde complex so he sees what is happening there on a daily basis and can speak to the contractors and office staff regarding your property.
